We are hiring immediately for full‐time Field Crew Laborers to join our commercial concrete restoration and waterproofing team. Work is performed on active commercial job sites, mid‐rise buildings, parking structures, and restoration projects throughout the tri‐county area.

• Assist with concrete restoration tasks (chipping, patching, grinding, demolition prep)
• Support waterproofing applications (coatings, sealants, membranes, injections)
• Load/unload materials, tools, and equipment
• Maintain clean and safe work areas
• Follow instructions from Foreman and Project Manager
• Work in various weather conditions and on active construction sites
• Reliable transportation to job sites across Miami‐Dade, Broward, and Palm Beach
• Must have your own PPE:
• • Hard hat
  • Neon safety vest
  • Work boots
  • Work gloves
• Ability to lift 50+ lbs. and work outdoors
• Must be teachable, dependable, and a team player
• Entry‐level candidates welcome — construction experience is a plus
• Authorized to work in the U.S.
• Full‐time, Monday–Friday
• Occasional Saturdays depending on project needs

  Entry‐Level Laborers (No Experience):
• Start at $16–$17 per hour
• First review & raise within the first 2 weeks
• Second review & raise at 3 months
• Third review & raise at 4–6 months
• Clear growth path into Technician roles
• Experienced Technicians:
• Start at $19–$22 per hour, depending on experience and skill level
