Responsibilities

• Conduct smooth guest check-ins and check-outs
• Deliver exceptional customer service to all guests
• Monitor lobby activities to maintain a welcoming environment
• Communicate effectively with team members and guests
• Manage reservations and respond to guest requests using hotel management software
• Work collaboratively within the front desk team during night shifts
• Prepare and set up the guest breakfast area in the early morning, ensuring food is fresh and the station is ready for start of breakfast.
• Perform occasional laundry duties (washing, folding, and stocking linens) to keep our operations running like clockwork.
