This is not a job for a trainer who just counts reps.
We are looking for a coach who pays attention, thinks critically, and takes pride in doing things the right way.
If you are serious about your craft, open to feedback, and want to grow into a high-level coach, we would love to meet you.
Made Possible Personal Training (MPPT)
We are a semi-private strength training studio in downtown St. Petersburg. We are building professionals, not just filling shifts.
We work with busy adults, professionals, and many clients 50+. Most of our members are not traditional “gym people.” They rely on us for clarity, structure, and intelligent coaching.
We don’t just coach workouts. We teach clients how their bodies work so they can move with confidence for life.
Many of our clients have struggled for years before finding us. Your role is to help them feel capable again.
How We Operate
You will not be responsible for selling. Our leadership team handles that so you can focus fully on coaching.
Programming is provided when you start. Your responsibility is to deliver it at a high level:
All coaches work with all clients. This creates a collaborative environment where everyone improves together.
Our Training Model
All sessions are semi-private and individualized.
Semi-2
1 coach : 2 clients
High connection, detailed coaching, real-time feedback
Semi-4
1 coach : 4 clients
Requires leadership, organization, presence, and attention to detail
This model develops real coaching skill. You will learn how to see, think, and adjust in real time.
What You Will Gain
We are organized, professional, and committed to getting better. We expect high standards and support you in reaching them.
Weekly Hours and Availability
This is a substantial part-time position with the opportunity to grow.
Once fully onboarded, this position generally includes approximately 20-28 coaching hours and 3-6 hours of additional paid responsibilities per week, creating a typical weekly commitment of approximately 22-34 hours. Those administrative responsibilities include meetings, education, programming, member communication, and studio responsibilities. Compensation for these additional responsibilities is provided through our role-based monthly stipend structure. The stipend grows as responsibility and workload increase.
Coaching hours will build throughout onboarding and may vary based on performance, availability, client demand, and business needs.
We are not looking for someone who only wants a handful of sessions each week. Applicants should have enough dependable and ongoing availability to support the expected role.
We are looking for dependable Monday-through-Friday availability that includes a combination of morning and afternoon/evening coaching blocks.
You will not necessarily work both a morning and evening shift on the same day.
Our coaches work consistent blocks so members receive reliable coverage and the team can operate effectively. This is not a position where trainers select isolated appointments or create an entirely independent schedule.
Please apply only if you are interested in building a consistent role and can maintain dependable availability.
Paid Onboarding and Coach Development
Our onboarding process is thorough because our members deserve excellent coaching, and trust takes time to build.
Onboarding generally takes approximately 5-10 weeks depending on experience, availability, preparation, and demonstrated proficiency. Candidates should initially have approximately 15-20 hours per week available for onboarding activities, which may include:
