Jetta Corporation is looking for a dependable, safety-minded Cleaning, Finishing & Inspection Technician to join our production team. In this hands-on manufacturing role, you will help prepare tubs for shipment by cleaning, polishing, inspecting, and repairing minor surface imperfections.

We are looking for someone who takes pride in their work, works well as part of a team, and can maintain quality and safety standards in a fast-paced production environment.

What You'll Do

• Polish and visually inspect tubs for imperfections.
• Repair minor surface imperfections through sanding and/or buffing.
• Identify and mark imperfections requiring additional inspection.
• Route completed tubs to the Inspector.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area.
• Follow all applicable safety procedures and properly use required personal protective equipment (PPE).
• Maintain dependable attendance and meet production schedules.
• Cross-train and assist in other work areas as needed.

Work Environment & Physical Requirements

This position works in a manufacturing environment where protective eyewear and hearing protection are required. Chemical odors and dust may be present. The position requires extended standing and frequent repetitive movement, as well as bending, pulling, pushing, reaching, and other physical activity. Employees must be able to frequently lift approximately 25–50 lbs. and assist with heavier lifts as required.
