- You will be coaching clients using Trainerize and Alloy-specific programs and protocols, designed by long-time fitness professionals, under the guidance of and with training by our Fitness Director and our Head Coach (training provided).
- Appx 25% of your time will be spent conducting training sessions.
- Help create a motivating and inclusive gym environment for clients and staff.

- Adhere to systems and standards set forth by the Alloy franchisor and franchisee.
- Be a brand champion.

- You’re a people-person who loves creating connections and making everyone feel welcome.
- Sales-Savvy:
- 3-5+ years of management and sales experience, in a high-end fitness club or gym preferred.
- Proven sales rockstar: experience in pre-sales or other applicable fitness sales a plus.
