CORPORATE HR MANAGER
Position Summary:
The Corporate Human Resources Manager will provide professional human resources support for business strategic objectives thereby improving the overall efficiency of the organization. We are looking for a professional human resources manager with 10+ years of experience to join our growing company of over 1,000 employees.
Essential Duties & Responsibilities:
· Responsible for HR management, developing and implementing HR guidelines, managing employee HR training, and personnel management.
· Ensure that all employee relations issues are properly identified, reported, investigated and resolved.
· Provide advice and counsel to managers and employees to ensure consistent application and integration of policies, performance management/discipline, procedures and practices at 100% compliance to promote an ethical and compliant work environment.
· “Walk the floor" and be available for employee & manager needs.
· Execute site-specific HR strategies and drive cultural initiatives and transformation across the site.
· Lead key HR processes including Supervisor Training, Staffing Selection Processes and Onboarding, employee development, and safety development, etc.
Minimum Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field with 7+ years of management and business experience required.
Must have a strong knowledge of Human Resources (HR) principles and practices and experience in HR management and personnel management. Ability to create and implement HR policies, be proactive, navigate the business to develop a variety of short and long-term strategies and tactics with varying priorities. Advanced oral and written communication skills including maintaining confidentiality, interpersonal skills, presentation skills and an ability to use a variety of communication tools. Ability to communicate effectively with all levels of the organization, especially with senior leaders and other key decisions makers. Advanced organizational skills, ability to maintain confidentiality, ability to prioritize many tasks and complete tasks with accuracy and efficiency. Ability to work in person. Demonstrated knowledge of US Employment law and flexibility working in a changing. Solid computer skills, especially in MS Office products.
Preferred Qualifications:
Candidates strongly preferred with 10+ years of experience supporting multiple locations and experience with supporting manufacturing workforce. Bilingual preferred.
