We are currently hiring in for multiple classrooms including:

- 2 Year Old room - Teaching Assistant

- 3 Year Old room- Lead Teacher
- Part-Time Floaters

Essential Skills & Expectations:

We are seeking educators who demonstrate:

• Strong classroom management and awareness
• Clear, respectful communication with families and staff
• Emotional regulation and professionalism under pressure
• Consistent punctuality and reliability
• Ability to follow structure while engaging children meaningfully
• Willingness to receive coaching and grow professionally
• Understanding of developmentally appropriate practice

Experience in a licensed childcare setting is preferred.

EDU 119 is not required at hire; however, selected candidates must enroll upon employment.

Compensation is based on education and experience.
