As a Gerente de Almacen, you will oversee all aspects of warehouse operations, managing a medium-sized team and ensuring efficient inventory control, order fulfillment, and safety compliance. Reporting directly to the Operations Manager, you will play a key role in coordinating shipping activities and maintaining high standards of quality and reporting accuracy.

Responsibilities

• Control and manage inventory accuracy
• Supervise and motivate a team of 6-15 warehouse employees
• Coordinate shipping and receiving operations
• Fulfill orders efficiently and accurately
• Ensure compliance with safety standards and regulations
• Prepare and maintain operational reports
• Oversee quality control processes within the warehouse

Required Qualifications

• Valid driver’s license

Preferred Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in warehouse management
• Proficiency in Inventory Management
• Familiarity with Warehouse Management Systems (WMS)
• Strong team leadership skills
• Experience with process optimization
• Knowledge of health and safety compliance
• Effective communication and problem solving abilities
• Excellent time management skills
