Schedule:

• Sunday – Thursday
• 6:00 PM – 2:30 AM
• 2 hours of mandatory overtime on a regular basis

Are you detail-oriented with a knack for numbers and a passion for supporting seamless logistics? We're seeking a dedicated Warehouse Office Clerk to ensure accuracy in our warehouse documentation and support outbound operations through efficient ERP system management. This vital role offers the opportunity to work in a dynamic environment, contributing directly to the success of our warehouse team.

What You’ll Bring to the Table:

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
• Experience with warehouse clerical duties and ERP systems, preferably SAP
• Strong attention to detail and effective communication skills in English
• Ability to work independently, make final decisions on shipment folders, and support management with short shelf-life actions
• Flexibility to work in ambient and freezer environments, with a schedule that includes extended hours and occasional overtime

Nice-to-Have Skills and Experience:

• Prior experience with SAP or similar ERP systems
• Experience reviewing shipment photos and coordinating with management
• Familiarity with warehouse logistics and outbound operations

Preferred Education and Experience:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• At least 1 year of warehouse office experience

Additional Requirements:

• Ability to work a Sunday through Thursday schedule, 6:00 PM – 2:30 AM, including 2 hours of regular overtime
• Willingness to work in both ambient and cold environments
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to handle multiple responsibilities efficiently
