First Choice Management Group is seeking an accomplished Community Manager to lead a premier apartment community. This role requires a confident, experienced leader who understands the standards, service level, and operational excellence expected in a Class A environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Full operational oversight of a luxury community
• Lead, coach, and elevate a high‐performing onsite team
• Drive occupancy, revenue, and resident satisfaction
• Ensure five‐star presentation and hospitality‐level service
• Manage financial performance, reporting, and budgeting
• Maintain compliance, vendor relationships, and risk management

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of successful Property Manager experience
• Proven leadership presence with strong communication skills
• Experience in large (200+) communities strongly preferred
• Demonstrated ability to improve performance and lead teams
• Organized, decisive, and able to manage complex operations
