The Trempealeau County Health Care Center has a couple of openings for Personal Care Workers in our community housing. 2nd shift primarily needed. You’ll be working with a talented and caring team of individuals who will guide you and treat you like family.

$17.10 – 18.12/hr

Responsibilities

• · Provide a safe environment for residents.
• · Assist with daily living tasks, along with following care plans.
• · Prepare meals.
• · Plan and assist with activities to fulfill residents’ days.
• · Lawn mowing, shoveling, and yard maintenance.

Required

• Abide by any written care plans such as Doctor's Orders, Individual Service Plans, Plan of Care.
• Assist clients with transfer needs as indicated. Assist clients with prescribed medications under the written direction of a Licensed Practitioner.
• Attend in-services and meetings as required
• Attend and successfully complete training requirements as set by the TCHCC.
