What You’ll Do

• Handle inbound customer service calls (account questions, billing, payments)

What We’re Looking For

• 1+ year of customer service experience (call center preferred)
• Demonstrated stable work history
• Strong typing and computer skills
• Ability to handle back-to-back calls in a fast-paced environment
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
• High attention to detail and professionalism
