Smoke District – Retail Sales Associate

Smoke District is looking for confident, motivated, and sales-driven individuals to join our growing Las Vegas team.

Responsibilities:
• Provide excellent customer service and create a welcoming shopping experience
• Actively engage customers, recommend products, and close sales
• Meet individual and store sales goals
• Upsell and cross-sell products when appropriate
• Assist customers with cigars, tobacco products, accessories, and other merchandise
• Process transactions accurately through the POS system
• Verify identification and strictly follow all 21+ age requirements
• Maintain a clean, organized, and professional store environment
• Restock merchandise and assist with inventory
• Follow all company procedures and applicable tobacco regulations

Requirements:
• Must be 21 years of age or older
• Must be strong in sales and comfortable approaching and engaging customers
• Must be goal-oriented and motivated to meet sales targets
• Must be able and willing to work at all Smoke District locations throughout Las Vegas as scheduled
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Reliable, punctual, professional, and able to work independently
• Flexible availability, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed
• Cigar and tobacco product knowledge is a plus
• Nevada Sheriff Work Card is a plus
• Previous retail or sales experience preferred
