Behavioral Health Technician (BHT) – Full-Time, Part-Time & PRN
Location: Phoenix, AZ
Pay: $17–$18/hour
All About People is hiring compassionate Behavioral Health Technicians (BHTs) to support patients in behavioral health facilities throughout Phoenix.
Responsibilities:
- Monitor patient safety and behavior
- Document observations and progress
- Assist with therapeutic activities
- Respond to crisis situations
- Collaborate with the clinical team
Requirements:
- Level One Fingerprint Clearance Card
- CPR Certification
- TB Clearance
- COVID-19 vaccination or declination
- CPI Certification (preferred or willing to obtain)
- Background check and drug screen
