I am hiring a full-time Recruiting & Client Operations Specialist to play a key role in recruiting, associate management, client service, and day-to-day workforce operations.

This is not a traditional HR position. The role combines recruiting, client service, workforce management, inside sales, and problem solving in a fast-paced environment where priorities can change quickly.

What you'll do:

• Recruit, screen, interview, and place qualified candidates
• Take ownership of filling client job orders with urgency
• Manage active associates and resolve attendance, performance, and assignment issues
• Communicate regularly with clients about hiring needs and current assignments
• Make proactive outbound calls to candidates, associates, clients, and prospects
• Market strong candidates and identify opportunities to grow client relationships
• Maintain accurate ATS records, documentation, and follow-up
• Balance recruiting, client service, associate management, and business-development activity throughout the day
  

Who we're looking for:

Someone who is highly self-motivated, resilient, organized, detail-oriented, comfortable on the phone, and capable of managing multiple priorities without constant supervision.

Previous staffing or recruiting experience is preferred, but not required. We are especially interested in successful professionals from hospitality management, hotel operations, restaurant management, retail management, property management, dispatch/service coordination, customer service leadership, recruiting, or other fast-paced, people-intensive environments.

We can teach staffing. We need someone who already knows how to take ownership, communicate effectively, solve problems under pressure, follow through, and keep moving when things don't go according to plan.
