As BMM, you will be responsible for managing the business management department which encompasses, but is not limited to: managing the bookkeepers within the business Management division; hiring, training and preparing staff evaluations; updating and modernizing the systems & processes; maintaining clients’ accounting records; assisting with client needs; preparation of financial statements; analytical review of client activities; payroll preparation; supporting preparation of tax returns; maintaining client general business records, and building good client relationships.
