Adults with developmental disabilities who depend on kind, skilled people like you for help with:

• Activities of daily living (meal prep, hygiene, safety, etc.)
• Personal development and life skills
• Shopping, transportation, and money management
• Creating a home that’s clean, safe, and empowering

What You’ll Bring:

• Compassion, patience, and a genuine desire to help others thrive
• Ability to lift 35 lbs and work actively throughout the day
• Clear communication and strong teamwork skills
• Willingness to complete background checks and necessary training
