We are looking for a Business Development Representative to act as the liaison between our Marketing and Sales teams. Your role will be to seek new business opportunities by contacting and developing relationships with potential customers. We are looking only for ELITE participants and we do not want to waste anybody's time.

Responsibilities

• Qualify leads from marketing campaigns by performing research
• Outbound Calling(minimum 150 calls a day) and setting up appointments for free inspections with potential customers in storm impacted areas
• Maintain consistent, transparent communication with Sales Manager and designated Service Representative
• Coordinating scheduled appointments with Service Representatives
• Assist the team with different marketing campaign projects in order to generate new leads
• Able to meet and surpass weekly sales targets will be rewarded with bonuses and extra incentives

Skills

• Proven work experience as a Business Development Representative, Sales Account Executive or similar role
• Hands-on experience with multiple sales techniques (including cold calls)
• Track record of achieving sales targets
• Experience with CRM software (e.g. Salesforce)
• Familiarity with MS Excel (inputting and filtering data in spreadsheets)
• Understanding of sales performance metrics
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills
