Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Parts Specialist to support customers with equipment parts, sales, orders, inventory, and day-to-day parts department operations. The ideal candidate will have experience with heavy equipment, automotive, industrial, agricultural, or mechanical parts and be able to identify parts, research part numbers, assist customers, process orders, and maintain accurate inventory. Responsibilities:

• Assist customers and service technicians with identifying and ordering the correct equipment parts based on make, model, serial number, and application.
• Research parts availability, pricing, and specifications using electronic parts catalogs and manufacturer systems.
• Prepare quotes, process parts orders, invoices, purchase orders, returns, warranties, and backorders accurately and efficiently.
• Maintain accurate parts inventory, including receiving, organizing, stocking, cycle counts, and identifying replenishment needs.
• Communicate professionally with customers, vendors, suppliers, and internal departments regarding parts, pricing, availability, and delivery.
• Provide knowledgeable, solutions-focused customer service while developing strong relationships with customers and supporting the sales and service departments.
• Maintain an organized, professional, and efficient parts department while prioritizing multiple customer requests and ensuring orders are completed accurately and on time.

Qualifications:

• 2+ years of parts, equipment, automotive, industrial, or related experience preferred
• Identify and research parts using part numbers, equipment make/model, serial numbers, and parts catalogs
• Assist customers with parts selection, pricing, availability, quotes, and orders
• Process purchase orders, invoices, returns, warranties, and special orders
• Receive, organize, and maintain accurate parts inventory
• Communicate with customers, technicians, vendors, and suppliers regarding parts, orders, pricing, and delivery
• Provide excellent customer service while maintaining a professional, organized, and dependable work environment
