Remote After Training | Duluth, GA

RemX is seeking customer-focused Travel Support Specialists to join a growing team supporting travelers with reservations, itinerary changes, and travel assistance.

This is a Direct Hire opportunity offering paid training, career stability, and the flexibility to work remotely after successful completion of training.

Compensation & Schedule

Pay: $20.19/hour

Training Location: Duluth, GA (100% Onsite)

Training Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM for 14 weeks

Work Arrangement After Training: Remote

⏰ 2nd Shift Schedule: 8-hour shift with start times between 12:00 PM and 2:30 PM and end times between 9:00 PM and 11:30 PM (includes a 1-hour lunch break)

What You'll Do

As a Travel Support Specialist, you will play a key role in providing exceptional service and support to travelers by:

• Managing a high volume of inbound calls and written customer inquiries
• Assisting customers with travel reservations, itinerary updates, hotel accommodations, and flight changes
• Resolving travel-related issues, cancellations, and schedule disruptions with professionalism and urgency
• Accurately documenting customer interactions and updating reservation records
• Navigating multiple systems while maintaining attention to detail
• Delivering outstanding customer experiences while meeting service and productivity goals

Qualifications:

• Previous customer service, hospitality, call center, or travel industry experience preferred
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment
• Excellent problem-solving and critical-thinking abilities
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Comfortable learning and navigating multiple software systems
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and customer management platforms
• High school diploma or equivalent required

Remote Work Requirements

To ensure success in a remote environment, candidates must have:

• A dedicated, professional, distraction-free workspace
• Reliable high-speed internet service (satellite internet and certain wireless providers are not supported)
• Ability to attend all onsite training in Duluth, GA
• Flexibility to attend occasional onsite meetings or training sessions as needed
