Key Responsibilities and Duties including but not limited to:

· Work independently under the guidance of V.P. of Operations.
· Help with Dispatch, Billing, Driver & Asset Records.
· Develop a strong relationship with all drivers.
· Attention to pick up and delivery schedules.
· Provide load status updates to the sales team on a daily basis.
· Quickly and accurately respond to customer requests.
· Balance customer and driver expectations.
· Other duties as assigned.

Skills
· Strong Math skills & knowledge of US Geography preferred.
· Must have ability to work in a “fast paced” environment with a heavy volume of inbound and outbound phone calls.
· Ideal candidate will possess a positive attitude, strong work ethic and a desire to solve problems.
· Prior dispatch / load planning experience

Pay: $55,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year (potential for sales commission)
