Position Summary

We are seeking a licensed Fire Sprinkler Technician to perform inspections, testing, maintenance, troubleshooting, and repairs of fire sprinkler systems. The ideal candidate is dependable, safety-focused, and takes pride in delivering high-quality work and outstanding customer service.

Responsibilities

• Perform NFPA 25 inspections, including monthly, quarterly, annual, five-year internal pipe inspections, and hydrostatic testing.
• Diagnose and repair wet, dry, pre-action, and deluge fire sprinkler systems.
• Troubleshoot fire pumps and related fire protection equipment.
• Complete accurate electronic inspection reports and service documentation.
• Communicate professionally with customers, property managers, and contractors.
• Ensure all work complies with NFPA standards and state/local fire codes.
• Participate in an on-call rotation as needed.

Qualifications

• Valid fire sprinkler license applicable to Connecticut, Rhode Island, or Massachusetts (or the ability to obtain reciprocal licensing where applicable).
• Minimum of 3 years of fire sprinkler service and inspection experience preferred.
• Strong knowledge of NFPA 13 and NFPA 25.
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
• Ability to work independently and manage a daily service schedule.
• Excellent troubleshooting and customer service skills.
