• Schedule appointments and manage the calendar for office personnel.
• Handle filing and organization of documents to ensure easy access to information.
• Proofread documents for accuracy and clarity before distribution.
• Maintain a clean and organized front desk area, contributing to an efficient office environment.
• Assist with professional tasks as indicated, demonstrating strong time management skills.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in both English and Spanish is required.
• Previous experience optional.
