CBIZ Talent Solutions is seeking an experienced IT Software Support Desk Manager to oversee daily technical software support operations and ensure a high level of service across our client’s organization. This is a hybrid position in King of Prussia, PA.

Responsibilities

• Manage the IT service desk, ticket queues, and support performance supporting end-user proprietary software on a variety of devices.
• Handle escalated technical issues and improve support processes.
• Lead and develop the IT support team.
• Monitor service metrics and maintain support documentation.
• Ensure compliance with IT security policies and standards.
• Partner with internal teams to deliver effective technical support.
• Occasional travel for meetings, training, or company events.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of IT support experience.
• 3+ years of leadership or supervisory experience in a technical support environment.
• Strong knowledge of Windows, Microsoft 365, ticketing systems, mobile device management, and IT service management tools.

Compensation range: $90-100K/year
