We're looking for an experienced, personable Pharmacist in Charge to lead our pharmacy operations and help continue our tradition of personalized, community-focused care.

Schedule

• Three 10-hour weekday shifts
• One 6-hour Saturday shift
• Consistent weekly schedule

Responsibilities

• Serve as the Pharmacist in Charge and oversee daily pharmacy operations.
• Ensure compliance with all state and federal pharmacy regulations.
• Verify prescriptions and accurately dispense medications.
• Counsel patients on medications and answer clinical questions.
• Build lasting relationships by delivering exceptional customer service.
• Collaborate with pharmacy staff to maintain an efficient, welcoming environment.
• Help oversee workflow, inventory, and daily pharmacy operations.

Qualifications

• Active New Jersey Registered Pharmacist license required.
• Minimum of 3 years of pharmacist experience.
• Previous leadership or Pharmacist in Charge experience is preferred but not required.
• Strong knowledge of pharmacy regulations and best practices.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Friendly, dependable, and committed to outstanding patient care.
• Enjoy working in a small, team-oriented, community pharmacy.
