Office Administrator and Customer Service Support

We're a small, growing cleaning company looking for a dependable person to help run the office. We use AI tools to streamline much of our admin work, so this role is about accuracy, reliability, and being a helpful, organized presence when the owner is out of the office.

Responsibilities:

• Answer incoming phone calls and book cleaning jobs when needed
• Take and process bank deposits
• Prepare and double-check payroll paperwork for accuracy before it goes to the bookkeeper
• Order office and cleaning supplies as needed
• Enter and update customer information and job details in our CRM
• Respond to basic customer questions and complaints; route anything complex to the right person
• Help coordinate scheduling between clients and cleaning crews when needed
• General office support: filing, organizing, and keeping the office running smoothly

Requirements:

• Comfortable answering phones and speaking with customers regularly
• Basic computer literacy; comfortable with scheduling or office software
• Reliable, organized, and trustworthy
• Able to commit to consistent office hours
