Job Title: Collector II

Location: 301 N Washington Ave, Dallas, TX 75246 - Onsite role

Duration: 7+ Months
Shift: Monday - Friday (8 AM - 5 PM CST)

Mandotary requirements:
EPIC system experience
Strong EOB knowledge
Experience using payer portals (BCBS, UHC, etc.)
Background working for a hospital, healthcare provider, or health insurance organization

Preferred Qualifications:
• Minimum 1 year of healthcare experience (Hospital and/or Physician billing)
• Healthcare collections experience
• Payer portal experience
• Familiarity with commercial and government payers -such as BCBS and Medicare
• Epic experience
• Fast learner with the ability to work with minimal supervision
• Strong critical thinking skills and sound judgment
