We are currently looking for a Senior Superintendent to join our team. What separates our Senior Superintendent is their ability to lead from the front and support their staff with charisma and tenacity. We expect our Senior Superintendent to have true building knowledge and conquer challenges fearlessly.

Job Description:

• Lead all daily field operations to ensure proper site safety, construction, progress, quality control, and a clean site
• Develop comprehensive understanding of project strategy and commitments including financial goals, scheduling, logistics, phasing, milestones, inspections
• Work in partnership with Project Manager to maintain an updated and accurate project schedule that reflects the changes in project status and that meets the cost and time requirements of the project
• Demonstrate and maintain effective and open dialogue with the project team and Ownership regarding changes in work, job conditions, subcontractor relations, and any deviation in the direction of the project
• Always promotes positive relationships by dealing professionally and fairly with all subcontractors and vendors while instilling this philosophy in the project team
• 10+ years’ experience as a Project Superintendent in Multifamily Development/Building
• Experience in managing field personnel and all trades on site with great communication skills as well as the training, developing and mentoring of others
• Experience with complex and logistically challenging, fast paced and high visibility projects

As a General Construction Senior Superintendent, your duties will include the following:

• Conduct project meetings with contractors and internal team
• Maintain official project documentation files and logs in Procore
• Perform onsite activities that will include onsite inspections and may also include construction or field administration tasks.
• Review submittals, shop drawings, material certifications, and other project deliverables, which will support the end of project turnover process.
• Ensure all construction is in compliance with design specifications and drawings
• Support the project management team in change order/cost management and monthly invoicing process.
• Tracking of work in place and construction progression
• Coordination and management of daily tasks to be support the progression of project schedule activities and the accurate reporting to
• Work to build a cooperative partnership between the   ownership and subcontractors to ensure timely resolution of project issues and the overall success of the project

Here's what you'll need:

• At least 5+ years of construction site experience
• At least 10+ years of experience as a general foreman, superintendent, and/or construction manager
• Experience in $30mm+ projects
• Proficient in Procore & Microsoft Project
• Understand all disciplines and phases of construction from sitework, structural, framing, finishes etc. 
• Demonstrated strong knowledge of pre-design and pre-construction, building systems/components and technology, contract management, project delivery methods, team building and client relationship building required
• Knowledgeable in all local, state and international building codes including but not limited to ADA compliance 
• Advanced knowledge of general construction activity sequencing and execution
• Strong understanding of (MEP) systems and associated equipment
• Knowledge of Quality Control and Quality Assurance testing/reporting.

Salary:

$100,000-$150,000 Based on Experience
