We are seeking a motivated, results-oriented Sales Representative to join our Greenville, SC team. In this role, you will develop and grow a book of business across commercial, industrial, and public-safety verticals -- selling Motorola Solutions two-way radio systems, BDA/DAS infrastructure, ERRCS solutions, and associated service agreements. You will be expected to build lasting customer relationships, identify new opportunities, and consistently exceed revenue targets.

Location Overview

This position is for our location in GREENVILLE, SC.

Required Skill Set

• 2+ years of outside B2B sales experience, preferably in technology, communications, or related field
• Demonstrated track record of meeting or exceeding sales quotas
• Strong consultative selling skills with the ability to identify customer needs and position solutions accordingly
• Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
• Self-directed with strong time management and organizational skills
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation; ability to travel within the Upstate SC market

preferred Skill Set

• - Experience selling Motorola Solutions products (MOTOTRBO, APX, etc.)
• - Familiarity with BDA/DAS systems, ERRCS, or public-safety communications
• - Existing relationships within commercial construction, property management, healthcare, or public safety in the Greenville/Upstate SC market
• - Motorola Solutions sales certification(s)

Essential Functions

Position is ACTIVE with lifting, pushing/pulling, or carrying 50 - 75% of the time of 50 – 75lbs. This position requires walking, traversing, and movement inside the facility or outside of the facility. The ability to crouch, crawl, stoop, or kneel during installing of equipment 50 – 75%. Employee is regularly required to use hands to manipulate/finger, handle, or feel objects, tools, or controls; reach with hands and arms; and talk or hear. Ascending/descending stairs, ladders, or other height elevating equipment to performed 50 – 75% of the time. May be required to work within confined spaces 0 – 25% of the time. The person in this position frequently communicates with employees, customers, and other persons. Must be able to exchange accurate information in these situations. The ability to observe, assess, recognize, and identify products, wires, reports, orders to perform the function of this position. Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception, and the ability to adjust focus. Position is primary preformed in NONCLIMATE CONTROLLED ENVIRONMENT.
