What You’ll Do: As an Hourly Automotive Technician, you'll perform diagnostics, maintenance, and repairs while delivering quality workmanship in a fast-paced dealership environment. This role is ideal for technicians looking to continue developing their skills while working with a supportive team that values growth, integrity, and teamwork.

• Perform maintenance, diagnostics, and mechanical repairs.
• Complete multi-point inspections and recommend needed services.
• Accurately document repairs and findings.
• Work with advisors and parts to keep repairs moving efficiently.
• Follow safety standards and manufacturer procedures.

What We’re Looking For

• Automotive Technician experience preferred.
• Strong mechanical aptitude and diagnostic skills.
• Willingness to learn, adapt, and take coaching
• Basic computer literacy
• Ability to work and communicate effectively in a team environment
• Ability to stay focused and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
• Ability to lift up to 50lbs and perform the physical demands of the role
• Strong work ethic
• Basic mechanical aptitude (schooling or experience a plus)
• Dependable attendance and positive attitude
• Bonus points if you can drive a manual transmission
