Overview
Mr. Shuck's Seafood is looking for seasoned, enthusiastic team members to join our growing company. For individuals with a minimum of 2-5+ years of experience in a high-volume restaurant and have a positive energy and a servant heart.

Duties

• Be fully knowledgeable of all food and beverage offerings.
• Welcome guests and create an experience for them with our food and beverage offerings.
• Handle customer payments, including individual cash bank.
• Maintain cleanliness of all front of house areas of the restaurant, including the restrooms.
• Provide excellent guest service and address any guest concerns or complaints.
• Follow all safety and sanitation procedures.
• Collaborate with fellow team members to ensure each shift runs smoothly and all guests and neighbors are taken care of.

Qualifications

• Previous experience as a server in a restaurant or hospitality setting is required.
• Knowledge of beer, liquor, and wine preferred. The expectation is to learn our offerings.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong customer service skills and the ability to handle difficult situations with professionalism.
• Needs to be self-sufficient and not need to be micromanaged.
• Must be at least 18 years old to serve alcohol.

Pay: $3.50 + tips
