- Lead and motivate associates to provide outstanding customer service.
- Coach, train, and develop team members to achieve their full potential.
- Support daily store operations, including merchandising, recovery, and inventory flow.
- Ensure merchandise is presented according to Homesense standards.
- Help manage the flow of merchandise from the backroom to the sales floor.
- Partner with store leadership to achieve sales, customer service, and operational goals.
- Promote a positive, inclusive, and collaborative team culture.
- Support loss prevention, safety, and operational compliance initiatives.
- Help create an exciting “treasure hunt” shopping experience for every customer.
● Previous retail experience with leadership or supervisory responsibilities preferred.
● Strong communication and organizational skills.
● A positive, energetic, and customer-first mindset.
● Ability to coach, motivate, and develop others.
● Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment while managing multiple priorities.
● Open availability, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
