The Journeyman Pipefitter is responsible for installing, assembling, and maintaining piping systems in various industrial settings. This role requires expertise in reading blueprints, handling tools, and ensuring all piping installations meet safety and quality standards.

Responsibilities

• Install and assemble piping systems according to specifications and blueprints
• Cut, thread, and fit pipes and tubing
• Inspect and test installed systems for leaks and defects
• Maintain and repair existing piping systems
• Follow safety guidelines and regulations on all job sites
• Collaborate with other tradesmen and supervisors to complete projects
• Use hand and power tools effectively to complete tasks
• Document work progress and report any issues promptly
