The Restaurant Kitchen and Service Manager oversees the efficient operation of both the kitchen and front-of-house service teams. Responsible for maintaining high standards of food quality, customer service, and operational efficiency, this role manages a large team of 30+ staff members and reports directly to the General Manager.

Responsibilities

• Manage daily kitchen operations ensuring food quality and consistency
• Oversee front-of-house service to maintain exceptional customer experiences
• Supervise and motivate staff across kitchen and service departments
• Control inventory levels and coordinate procurement to minimize waste
• Implement and monitor quality assurance standards
• Handle customer relations and resolve issues promptly
• Develop staff scheduling to optimize coverage and productivity
• Manage budgets and control expenses to meet financial targets
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
• Provide ongoing training and development opportunities for team members

Preferred Qualifications

• 2+ years experience in restaurant management
• Knowledge of food safety management practices
• Skilled in inventory control and staff scheduling
• Proven customer service and team leadership abilities
• Experience with budgeting and financial oversight
• Strong conflict resolution and menu planning skills
