Our client is seeking a reliable Quality Control (QC) Specialist in the Arlington, TX area. The QC Specialist is responsible for ensuring products meet quality standards throughout the manufacturing process by conducting incoming, in process, and final inspections. This role verifies materials and components, maintains quality documentation and traceability records, and ensures compliance with customer specifications and internal requirements. The ideal candidate will support quality improvement initiatives, investigate and help resolve quality issues, implement corrective actions, and work closely with production teams to reduce defects and ensure consistent product quality.
Requirements:
- 2 plus years experience in manufacturing Quality Control
- Experience with BOM (bill of materials)
- Ability read BOM's drawings , and basic technical documentation
- Strong attention to detail and process discipline
Hours: Mon-Fri 6:00am -3:00pm then will go back to 7:00am-4:00pm once the heat settles
