Car Salesperson (Bilingual Spanish Preferred)

We are currently seeking a motivated and customer-focused Car Salesperson (Bilingual Spanish Preferred) for one of our clients in Milwaukee, Wisconsin. The primary responsibility of this role is to promote and sell vehicles while providing exceptional customer service throughout the sales process.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers in selecting vehicles that meet their needs and budget.
• Promote and sell new and/or used vehicles.
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships.
• Explain vehicle features, financing options, and warranties.
• Conduct test drives and vehicle demonstrations.
• Follow up with prospective and existing customers to generate sales opportunities.

Schedule

• Monday - Friday: 9:00 AM - 7:00 PM
• Saturday: 9:00 AM - 4:00 PM

Qualifications

• Previous sales experience preferred, automotive sales experience is a plus.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Customer service-oriented mindset.
• Bilingual in Spanish and English preferred.
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record required.
• Must pass 100% background and drug screening.
