Driver Support Representative – 2nd & 3rd Shift
2nd Shift: $18.50 per hour
3rd Shift: $19.50 per hour
The position would be full-time, and candidates would be able to apply for either the 2nd or 3rd shift.
The job responsibilities would include:
- Serving as a primary point of contact for drivers
- Assisting with breakdowns
- Maintenance concerns, delays, accidents, weather events, route changes, and other operational issues.
- The position would also work closely with Operations, Safety, Maintenance, customers, and other departments to help resolve issues and keep operations running smoothly.
The qualifications would include:
- strong communication and customer service skills
- problem-solving abilities
- organizational and multitasking skills
- the ability to remain calm under pressure
- attention to detail
- the ability to learn and work with different software systems.
- Transportation, logistics, dispatch, customer support, or driver support experience would be preferred.
