As a lead technician, you will be required to
Diagnose plumbing issues in both residential and commercial settings.
Repair and install fixtures.
Drain cleaning/jetting.
Repair and installation of waste and water systems.
Effectively put together pricing for customers, based off of our line-item pricing guideline.
Requirements-
Maintain necessary material stock on work vehicle.
Must have knowledge and experience with the following:
Drainage systems, water supply systems, water heaters, venting, fixture installations and repair, cabling and jetting.
Must have valid driver's license.
Minimum of 2 years residential and commercial plumbing service experience.
Must possess knowledge of tools and equipment associated with the trade.
Must possess a working knowledge of job safety with tools equipment and ladders.
Must be able to effectively communicate with customers in a professional manner.
Preferred: confidence in skills and trade knowledge to be able to perform evaluations in front of customers, to build package options {add On's}.
- Install, repair, and maintain plumbing systems in residential and commercial buildings
- Assemble and install pipes, fittings, and fixtures
- Inspect plumbing systems and identify issues or potential problems
- Collaborate with other team members to complete projects efficiently
- Provide excellent customer service and address client concerns
- Follow safety protocols and adhere to building codes and regulations
