As a Reconstruction Project Manager, you will supervise our Reconstruction Team and be responsible for the restoration of drywall, trim, flooring and building materials that have been damaged by water, smoke, fire, debris or other methods of damage.

This position is right for you if you have a great work ethic, are self-motivated, thrive in fast-moving environments, and enjoy making things better than how you found them. Excellent time management and people management skills are a must so we can effectively meet deadlines.

You have proven communication skills with supervisors, employees, and customers and are able to effectively manage a variety of situations on a day-to-day basis. Uniforms are required and provided. A background check and clean driving record is required.

Specific Responsibilities:

• Provide reconstruction services to customers
• Establish and maintain a schedule to ensure all services are delivered in a timely manner (We'll support you along the way)
• Respond to jobs and initiate repairs per Rainbow quality standards
• Wear approved uniform and present a professional appearance at all times
• Overseeing equipment, keeping it accounted for and properly maintained at all times
• Perform other duties as needed which may include cross-training in related positions
• Salary will be based on applicable experience
• After Hours Bonuses Offered
• Company Vehicle for Daily Job Use

Job Requirements:

• Must have at least five years of experience in drywall repair and finishing including texturing and painting
• Must have at least five years of experience in flooring and trim repair and install
• Would prefer experience in light plumbing, electrical, and
• IICRC Certifications are a plus
• Great people management skills are needed
• Team work, respect and honesty is required
• Damage restoration and repair experience is required
• Great attitude and willingness to learn is required
• Attention to detail is a must
• Valid Driver's License
• Able to occasionally lift and/or move up to 50 pounds.
• Respectful Communication Skills
• Consistent Attendance Record
• Clear Driving Record
• Clear Criminal Record
