We are looking for a Landscaping Assistant with driving experience.

This person will support the crew leader and assist with various tasks related to green area maintenance.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Assist the crew leader with tasks such as planting, watering, mulching, etc.
• Unload and distribute materials like plants, soil, and mulch.
• Prepare work areas by measuring and marking accurately.
• Set up tools and materials for skilled workers.
• Clean and prepare assigned areas, including trash pickup.
• Operate hand and power tools.
• Direct traffic in work zones if needed.
• Help move and adjust machinery and materials.
• Clean up the work site at the end of the day.
• Drive trucks and vehicles to work sites.
• Keep vehicles clean and report any maintenance needs.

Requirements and Skills:

• Ability to follow instructions and adapt to task changes.
• Team player who works well with different personalities.
• Ability to perform basic math operations.
• Basic English required.

Education and Experience:

• Previous landscaping or similar experience preferred.
• Clean driving record and at least 2 years of driving experience.
• Physically able to lift up to 80 lbs (36 kg) and push/pull up to 50 lbs (23 kg).
• Willingness to work in various weather conditions.
• Ability to stand and walk for eight hours, including climbing stairs while carrying up to 60 lbs (27 kg).
