The Registered Behavioral Technician (RBT) plays a vital role in delivering behavioral therapy services under the direct supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA). Working primarily in school-based settings, the RBT implements treatment plans, collects and records behavioral data using specialized software, and interacts closely with clients to monitor and support their progress. Responsibilities

• Implement behavior intervention plans as directed by BCBA
• Collect and document behavioral data using specialized software
• Interact directly with clients in school-based settings
• Monitor client progress and report findings to supervising BCBA
• Prepare materials and environments for sessions
• Support therapeutic treatment implementation
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation

Required Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED

• Entry-level experience in behavioral therapy
