Leasing Consultant – Tampa, FL

Certified Apartment Staffing is seeking an experienced Leasing Consultant for an apartment community in the Tampa area.

Requirements:

• Minimum 1 year of apartment/multifamily leasing experience
• Bilingual English/Spanish preferred
• Yardi experience required
• Weekends Required
• Strong customer service and communication skills
• Professional, friendly, and reliable
• Ability to conduct property tours and effectively sell the community
• Experience with applications, leases, resident communication, and follow-up
• Must be able to pass a background check

Responsibilities:

• Greet and assist prospective and current residents
• Conduct property tours
• Process applications and leasing paperwork
• Follow up with prospective residents
• Assist with resident questions and concerns
• Maintain accurate records in Yardi
• Support the property management team with daily leasing activities
