Career Strategies is hiring a Leasing Consultant for a Apartment Community in the Santa Fe, NM area. We are seeking an employee with excellent people skills, sales experience, leasing experience, high energy, positive attitude, excellent work ethic, and wants the opportunity to grow with a Property Management Company.

Job Title: Leasing Consultant

Schedule/ Hours: Monday through Friday 9:00AM - 6:00PM

Job Duties:

Duties include leasing, answering phones, filing, resident relations, vendor relations and administrative projects but are not limited to this.

Requirements:

• Prior leasing experience is required.
• Bilingual English and Spanish is Highly preferred
• Apartment Leasing / Fair Housing
• Friendly, energetic, great people skills, and excellent communication skills.
• Excellent organizational and multitasking skills.
• Excellent phone and in person sales skills
• Motivated and hard-working
• Excellent communication skills
• Above average computer skills including Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel, Sales and Customer Service skills.
• Professional presentation - friendly, energetic, great people skills.
