What You'll Do

• Coordinate shipments from pickup to delivery.
• Track freight movements and proactively communicate updates to customers.
• Resolve transportation issues and ensure customer satisfaction.
• Maintain accurate records within CRM and transportation management systems.
• Meet and exceed sales activity and revenue goals.
