PHYSICAL THERAPIST ( FULL-TIME)

Busy Rheumatology group in Skokie, IL is looking for a Physical Therapist who will join our current Physical Therapy Department .

We offer a four day work week Monday through Thursday (7:30 a.m. to 5:30 p.m.) - No nights or weekends!! Three-day weekend every week!

Responsibilities:

• Provide excellent patient care for our patients to achieve positive outcomes and engaging experience with our Physical Therapy Department
• Pelvic Floor Therapy a plus
• Dry needling certification a plus
• Evaluate new patients, develop treatment plans and set goals.
• Use of EHR system for all notes and evaluations.
• Treat patients, answer any questions or concerns and educate them on their progress and rehabilitation.
• Communicate with the provider regarding current status and review any concerns you may have regarding a patient.
• Determine when to discharge the patient, and make sure all notes are supported and proper documentation is complete

Job Requirements:

• Illinois Licensed Physical Therapist

• At least three years of experience preferred, not required

Background in women’s health beneficial
