Responsibilities

• Greet patients and create a welcoming experience
• Answer phones, schedule appointments, and manage the daily schedule
• Verify PPO insurance and explain benefits clearly to patients
• Prepare, submit, and follow up on dental insurance claims (PPO)
• Present treatment plans and discuss financial options
• Help increase case acceptance through clear communication and trust
• Coordinate with the clinical team to ensure smooth patient flow
• Maintain accurate patient records and documentation.
• Qualifications
• Minimum 2 years of experience in a dental front office role
• Strong knowledge of PPO insurance (eligibility, breakdowns, estimates)
• Experience with treatment plan presentation preferred
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Organized, reliable, and detail-oriented
• Comfortable multitasking in a fast-paced environment.
