Adis Electric is hiring a Licensed Residential Wireman or Journeyman Electrician for a Service Technician position. This role is primarily residential service work, with occasional light commercial service. This is not new construction and not a production environment.

Pay & Earning Potential

• $25/hour starting during training [ few days ]
• Fast advancement to $30–$35/hour
• Hybrid pay structure (hourly + performance bonuses)
• Technicians average $40–$77/hour effective pay

What You’ll Do

• Diagnose and repair residential electrical issues
• Perform service work, panel upgrades, and installations
• Communicate clearly with homeowners and explain repair options
• Maintain clean, safe, code-compliant work areas
• Occasionally assist with light commercial service calls

Requirements

• Active Texas Residential Wireman or Journeyman Electrician license
• 3+ years residential electrical service experience
• Strong troubleshooting and diagnostic skills
• Professional communication and customer-service mindset
• Valid driver’s license & clean driving record
• Ability to pass background check and drug screening
