The Building Maintenance Technician will be responsible for maintaining and repairing various systems within commercial buildings to ensure their efficient and safe operation. This role involves performing preventive maintenance, troubleshooting equipment issues, and conducting inspections to uphold building standards.

Responsibilities

• Perform repair work on building systems
• Conduct preventive maintenance to avoid system failures
• Maintain and service HVAC systems
• Handle electrical system repairs and maintenance
• Manage plumbing system upkeep and repairs
• Perform safety inspections to ensure compliance
• Troubleshoot equipment malfunctions
• Inspect buildings regularly for potential issues

Required Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years experience in building maintenance
• Licensed Journeyman Electrician
