Every new vehicle that joins the Fox fleet and every used vehicle that leaves it depends on someone getting the title work right, and that someone is the Manager, DMV Titles. This role owns vehicle registration, renewal, and titling across multiple states, working directly with corporate DMV contacts in California and Florida to keep Fox locations nationwide moving without a paperwork slowdown. Based in Tulsa, Oklahoma, this is a role for someone who already knows the DMV world inside and out.
Your Primary Focus Is To:
- Transaction Management: Facilitate the processing of vehicle registrations, renewals, and titling for both new and used vehicle purchases across multiple states.
- Corporate Coordination: Coordinate directly with corporate DMV personnel, including key DMV contacts in California and Florida, to ensure efficient and timely titling processing.
- Regulatory Compliance: Maintain an up-to-date, working knowledge of state-specific DMV and titling laws and regulations across the United States.
- Nationwide Location Support: Support and streamline DMV title and registration processing for all Fox rental locations nationwide.
- Operational Adaptability: Perform other duties as assigned by management to support changing fleet operations.
- Education & Experience:
- Education Requirement: High school diploma or equivalent (GED) required.
- Equivalency: Hands-on title and registration experience is essential for this role and will be weighted far more heavily than formal education.
- Titling Experience: Previous hands-on experience in vehicle title and registration processing is required.
- Preferred Industry Background: Dealership and/or fleet titling experience is highly preferred.

- Cross-Regional Coordination: Strong coordination skills across distributed corporate and regional DMV contacts.
- Precision Execution: High attention to detail and a high standard of clerical accuracy.
- Volume Efficiency: Proven ability to manage a high volume of title and registration transactions efficiently.
