Compensation includes posted base salary + tips. Grow with us into product sales with commission and expanding esthetic services.

Qualifications

• Active Esthetician or Cosmetology license (required).
• 0–5 years of professional experience in a spa or salon environment.
• proficiency in face and body waxing for all skin and hair types.
• Experience using POS systems and online booking software.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Professional appearance and positive attitude.
• Reliable, organized, and detail-oriented.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform high-quality waxing services with confidence and efficiency.
• Provide exceptional customer service that creates loyal, repeat clients.
• Actively recruit and retain new clients through networking, referrals, and relationship building.
• Perform appointment scheduling, and payment processing using POS and booking software.
• Ensure treatment rooms are clean, sanitized, and stocked according to state regulations.
• Stay current on industry trends, techniques, and products.
• Represent the business with professionalism, integrity, and enthusiasm.
